Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a mobile-friendly intake form. We kindly ask that you complete it at least 24 hours before your visit so our doctors can thoroughly review your information and prepare for your care.

Your First Visit:
Doctor Consultation and Neurological Scan

We’re thrilled to welcome you and your child to our office! During this visit, we’ll take the time to understand your complete health history, explore your current challenges, and discuss your goals for care. We’ll also perform our CLA INSiGHT nervous system scans to gain a clear picture of how your nervous system is functioning. Plus, you’ll get a tour of our office so you feel right at home

Your Second Visit:
Scan Results & Customized Care Plan

On your second visit, we’ll sit down together to review the results of your nervous system scans and provide a clear, personalized care plan tailored to your family’s needs. We’ll discuss recommendations for care and answer any questions you may have.

You’ll also meet with our financial assistant, who will explain our simple and affordable payment options. If you choose, your first chiropractic adjustment can take place during this visit, and we’ll schedule your future appointments to begin your journey to better health.
