Welcome — Our Core Values

This video outlines the mindset and behavior that define how we work together and how we serve families at Purpose Driven Chiropractic. These values are the foundation of our culture. They guide how we communicate, problem-solve, support each other, and create a consistent and meaningful experience for our patients.

As you watch, pay attention to how each value translates into action — not just what we believe, but how we show up:

  • How we hold our purpose with clarity and confidence

  • How we understand the influence we have in every interaction

  • How we grow, develop, and move forward as individuals and as a team

  • How we stay steady and present, even when things are challenging

These values are not something we refer to only when things go well. They are what we lean on when things are hard, busy, emotional, or uncertain. That’s when culture matters most.

Take your time. Listen closely.
You’ll refer back to these values throughout your training — and throughout your work here.

Our Core Values
The Foundation of Purpose Driven Chiropractic

Purpose
My purpose is my North Star. It gives direction and clarity to my work. I contribute my strengths, voice, and perspective to our mission of fostering a new generation of health. I value the talents of my team and work intentionally toward our shared goals.

Ripple Effect
Every action creates impact. I take responsibility for my words, my presence, and the influence I carry. I communicate with honesty and respect, resolve conflict with integrity, and build strong relationships. I play an active role in growing Purpose Driven Chiropractic as a leader in pediatric neurological care.

Momentum
Growth is continuous. I look for opportunities to learn, refine, and step into a higher level of excellence. I take pride in how I carry myself and the experience I create for others. I bring my best effort today, knowing it shapes tomorrow.

Resilience
I remain steady, not reactive. I see stress as information, not a stopping point. I adjust, recover, and keep moving with intention. I meet challenges with clarity and presence. I help regulate the space around me by first regulating myself.

These values are not theoretical. They are lived. They define how we show up for our patients, our team, and ourselves — consistently and intentionally.
